Wedding Seating plans
A seating plan is a fundamental piece of stationery for any wedding breakfast with over 20 guests. Without one, it can be fairly chaotic for your guests trying to find their seats.
Most venues will insist you have a seating plan on display, and they may provide an easel for this included in the cost of your room hire charges.

Our plans are all made on a personal basis, as they need to fit your exact requirements, and suit the room you are in, as well as your wedding theme.

With this in mind it is vital that you book your plan with us as soon as possible, as we do get very booked up, especially in the months of the main wedding season (April – September). On average, we produce 3-4 seating plans per week at this time and 2-3 in the winter wedding seasons, so you need to preliminarily book a time slot for your plan to be made if you wish to guarantee it, as we cannot make more than 4 in one week due to the time involved to make each plan. (approx 4-5 hours work for an average size plan)

We have been creating plans for weddings for just over six years now, and we know that for the person in your wedding party who is organising ‘who will sit where and next to whom’, it will cause more headaches than any other part of stationery!
Because of this, we tend to make plans as close to the wedding as possible – to allow for last minute changes, extra guests, name changes etc..

Most plans are made 10 days before the wedding day, and go out on a 2-3 day courier, so arrive about one week before.

Unless we use particularly expensive card or embellishments, seating plans are charged at £1.00 per guest with a minimum fee of £55.00.

Framed plans will vary in price greatly as we do very few of these, so are unable to buy the frames at a trade price. In these circumstances, we will make the plan as usual and charge what we paid for the frame on to of our price.

The most important thing you need to do before booking your plan with us is speak to your venue about where the plan will sit. Some venues have a glass-topped lectern. If the plan is to fit underneath this, it is your responsibility to supply us the correct size in Millimetres.
