Returns
Should you be unhappy with any non-personalised item, purchased on line, at our
studio, or over the telephone, we will happily replace or refund once the item has
been returned to us, in its original unopened and undamaged state. All return postage
will be to the cost of the customer, except in the circumstances where the item
was faulty or incorrect, when we will also refund the costs of return postage. We
recommend that customers send returned items by special delivery or courier to ensure
safe delivery to us. Customers should check their orders on delivery, and inform
us within 24 hours if they are returning items or require a refund. We are unable
to offer refunds or replacements on any confectionery product once it has left the
store for heath and safety reasons (unless it is faulty). If you wish to return
an item which you have ordered in error, but is not faulty, we will refund the cost
of the item minus a 25% re-stocking fee. We will not refund any delivery costs.
Personalised items and stationery.
Once a personalised item or stationery item, has been ordered we cannot offer a
refund/replacement unless the item does not meet the specifications of order on
delivery.
Delivery times
Non-stationery orders
Our aim is to deliver all internet and telephone sale orders within 14 - 28 days.
If we think an item may take longer than 28 days for delivery, we will contact you,
and offer a delayed delivery, alternative item or a refund.
Stationery orders.
When you place your stationery order, you will be asked for full details for internal
and external personalised printing. Your personalised proof reads should reach you
within 10 working days, and provided you return your proofs within 3 working days,
your order should reach you within 30 working days from the date of ordering.
